Paul grew up just down the road from Huntingdon Valley Country Club in Abington, Pennsylvania. He began his career in the culinary industry with Chef Tim at the Philadelphia Cricket Club. From there he realized his passion for cooking and hospitality, which led him to enroll in the Culinary Arts Institute at Montgomery County Community College. After graduating with a degree in culinary arts, he worked in Philadelphia as a cook at Laurel, a restaurant in the Passyunk district of the city. After spending a year there he moved to Aspen, Colorado to work at Element 47 in the renowned Relais and Chateaux hotel, The Little Nell. Following his tenure at The Little Nell, Paul decided to move back east to pursue his next step on the path of becoming an Executive Chef. He was recruited by Tim Pervizi to fill the role as Executive Sous Chef. Paul is proud and excited to be part of the team at Huntingdon Valley Country Club and continue his growth under the mentorship of Chef Tim. In his off time, he enjoys being outdoors, fishing, hunting, and skiing.
