¨ A non-refundable deposit of $2,500 will reserve the date for your event.
¨ For your event to be considered tax exempt, your organization must provide all applicable PA State exempt forms.
¨ We require a minimum of 110 golfers for 18 Holes, with a maximum of 128 golfers for 18 hole play.
¨ For 27 holes we require a minimum of 150 golfers with a maximum of 180 for 27 hole play.
¨ Our outdoor terrace, Garden Room and Ballroom Terrace can accommodate 250 guests total.
¨ 95% of the estimated balance is due 3 business days in advance.
¨ Final guarantee count of participants/staff and guests are due 1 week in advance. Additions only may be made to this number.
¨ Final balance is due 10 days after your event.
¨ HVCC reserves the right to relocate rooms due to weather conditions or member activity.
¨ Lunch will be served on our lower outdoor patio. Seating will be available at tables of 4, 6 and 8 people each.
¨ Dinner will be served at a multitude of stations with seating on our upper terrace or in our ballroom.
¨ HVCC will select the appropriate color linens and napkins for dinner. Please advise us if you wish to select a special color scheme that best suits your event.
¨ Let us know if you have tennis players. Our professional tennis staff will accommodate them; however, all arrangements must be made in advance and will be charged accordingly.
¨ Huntingdon Valley Country Club is a soft spike facility, no metal spikes are permitted. We also require all golfers to wear proper golf attire. Improper golf attire consists of but is not limited to tank tops, short shorts, denim jeans, shirt without collars, etc.
