The professional staff at Huntingdon Valley Country Club will do all we can to make sure your event is a special one. Our talented staff are at your service during the entire event.
~ RESERVATIONS ~
Any member sponsored event will require a deposit before space can be reserved. A Banquet Event Order Agreement will be completed when the menu is assembled. An approximate guest count and pre-order is due 10 days in advance of the event. Payment in full of guaranteed number of guests in the form of certified check or cash is due 72 hours prior to event. Any pre-arranged billing will be handled after the event has ended.
~ FACILITY RENTAL CHARGE ~
There is no facility rental fee for a large event. However, we do have room/set-up fees for events that do not offer full food & beverage service. Also, private server fees will apply and will be indicated on your banquet event order(contract).
We also offer multiple ceremony locations ~ inquire as to locations and fees.
~ BAR SERVICE ~
Our bar service is available in two different levels of open bar packages. Please see the beverage options sheet for additional charges.
~ FLOWERS AND ROOM DECORATIONS ~
Flowers and decorations for your party may be delivered and displayed by your florist or decorator at a time agreed on by HVCC. We will also be happy to arrange the ordering of those items for you. Feel free to inquire about any additional party goods that we could provide at a nominal charge, such as, special linens, candles, bud vases, etc. Additional fees will apply if any confetti or scattered decorations are used.
~ VALET PARKING ~
One valet is required for every 50 guests at $70.00 per valet. Parties of 50 or less will receive a special valet charge. Please mention the valet on your invitations.
~ COAT CHECK ~
During inclement weather, one coat check attendant is required for every 75 guests at $35.00 per attendant. Smaller parties will receive a special coat room fee.
